Staff at MMR drive operations by delivering exceptional results. MMR Staff provide direct and indirect support to field personnel from project inception to completion. Staff positions include Project Manager, Project Superintendent, General Foreman, Scheduler, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Safety, Clerical, Engineer, Timekeeper, Purchasing, and Document Control.
Journeymen specialize in the layout, installation, troubleshooting, testing and repair of electrical and instrument systems. Duties may also involve independently installing raceway and understanding crucial safety and quality protocols. Additionally, Journeymen interpret drawings and specifications, conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and assemble quality turnover packages for approval.
While specific field experience and NCCER credentials may vary, Journeymen gain hands-on experience and guidance to excel within the field.
Apprentices work alongside Journeymen to provide essential support, including the installation and repair of electrical and instrumentation wiring, raceway, devices, equipment and more. MMR encourages and sponsors Apprentices to attend craft, vocational or trade school, which facilitates skill development and career advancement.
The required minimum field experience varies based on apprentice level to ensure that duties are performed effectively while adhering to stringent safety and quality protocols.
Helpers need limited prior knowledge of the craft and work closely with an experienced crew to complete a variety of tasks, including assisting Journeymen, housekeeping, facilitating the movement of materials and more.
Helpers work under direct supervision and receive opportunities for skill development and learning. MMR offers valuable hands-on experience and educational support to helpers.
